Adolescent years can be extremely challenging, especially in today’s social climate. In addition to large developmental changes that take place during young adulthood, teenagers are bombarded with a myriad of adversities that can easily be crippling.

Teenagers face the pressure to perform well academically, stand out in extracurricular activities, and become popular in their social circles. Behind the scenes, it is not uncommon for them to struggle with low self-esteem, loneliness, and fear of rejection that are often dealt with in maladaptive ways. My goal for teens is to provide them with the tools to reach their fullest potential where they are able to achieve self-confidence and unlock their ability to become comfortable in who they are.
